Our target audience is the support services organization manager responsible for managing and improving their organization’s ability to deliver world-class services to its customers. This site has one goal in mind: to aid the support services manager in the fulfillment of their responsibilities. We are a team of practitioners and consultants who understand the daily challenges confronted by support organization managers. We understand them because we are or have been front line support managers, struggling to provide great service to our customers and striving to do this within the realities of today’s shrinking budgets and bare bones staffing models.
Our Content
Freelance writers are welcome to submit topics that are of interest to support service managers. Our goal is to provide real world, practical information that can help managers identify and implement necessary changes within their support service organizations. We aspire to provide extensive detail in our content as a means to provide more than just the 3,000 ft view of an issue. We want real examples of ideas in action. Our articles will not contain any mention of specific technologies or products and will not be a forum to advertise services. Our editorial policies are not intended to maximize revenues from advertisers or sponsors. They are structured to insure maximum value to our readers. Rights and Compensation
We buy First North American Serial Rights, as well as subsequent electronic publishing rights for the web archive. Submissions for the "Article of the Week" should be 900 to 1,200 words in length written on a topic of interest to the support organization management. Longer articles will be considered based upon subject matter and content. The amount paid is based upon rights. First North American Serial Rights submissions accepted for the "Article of the Week" feature pay $50.00. Reprint submissions are not compensated. Payment is rendered 30 days after publication.In addition, the author will be allowed to include a link to their web site, personal bio and photo, email address, books, speaking engagements and company overview and logo, published with the article.
How to Submit Your Ideas
Become familiar with the web site. Content reflects information of interest to our readers. If you have a feature story idea, submit an e-mail query to editor@blueprintaudits.com. You should also provide:
- Brief, detailed description of the article you would like to write
- A summary of your writing credits, credentials, or brief personal bio up to 150 words
- Photo in .jpeg format
- Company logo in .jpeg (optional) and brief summary of company (up to 150 words)
- Email Address
Your bio and company profile are limited to 150-words each. Graphics must be submitted in .jpeg format. No animation or embedded code will be accepted. If your article is accepted, the editor will contact you.
After Acceptance
Accepted submissions should be sent directly to the web site editor email at editor@blueprintaudits.com. Articles will be edited for content and grammar, but you ultimately decide if you want to publish the edited version with BlueprintAudits.com. Prior to publication, you will be allowed to view final content up on the web for final approval. We reserve the right to turn down any article based upon quality or inappropriate subject matter. However, we want you to be creative, fun, and share unique ideas. Please include the following with all submissions:
- Article of 900 to 2000 words in Word or text format
- Your bio up to 150 words
- Full name
- Electronic photo in .jpeg format
- A description of the services provided by your company up to 150 words
- Company logo
- Contact email address
- Contact phone number
- Company URL
Optional items may include:
- Title of published work (product, book, software, tool)
- Graphic of published work
- Link to purchasing information
- Posting of presentations
- Addition of engagements to community calendar
Online Store
BlueprintAudits.com will also sell your items from our website. We purchase quantities of ten (10) or less at a 30% discount for items that sell for less than $50. All products must be of interest to our target audience. We reserve the right to turn down any product for any reason. To submit a product, send a query to info@blueprintaudits.com.
Upon Publication
Articles will be published online for four (4) weeks. At that time they will be removed from the web site and stored in our archive. When a reader requests an archived article, the article will be emailed to them through the BlueprintAudits.com standard fulfillment process. Your links and bio will be sent to them along with the article. If at anytime, your product, service, email or bio changes, provide the updated information to us and we will update them on the web site and in the article. All archived articles are stored in .pdf format with security from modification.Your bio and photo, with email and company URL will be added to our bios page. They will remain there for three (3) months after your submission has been published.
