jump and run - An ad hoc process that exists in an inefficient support organization where management contacts technical resources directly to alert them of a support issue and requests that the resource drop everything they are currently working on to resolve the issue.
junk mail - Unsolicited email sent to users in order to sell a product or service and often containing attachments with viruses.
